When doing business with America Choice PROCESSING, you can expect we will perform the following tasks:

v  We will mail out loan disclosures to borrower(s) with a return-stamped envelope included in the package

v  We will contact the borrower(s) for any necessary documentation

v  We will open Title and/or Escrow

v  We will order the Appraisal

v  We will order Verification of Deposit (VOD), Verification of Employment (VOE) and HOA Certificates,

     Credit Supplications, etc.

v  We will verify income is correct once we receive all income documentation and update the Point file

     accordingly

v  We will submit the loan package (prequalification or full submission) to Lender

v  We will act as the liaison between Lender & Loan Officer after the loan has been submitted; communicate

     lender conditions to appropriate parties involved

v  Once all conditions are received, we will submit them to the lender to clear all conditions

v  We will complete the Doc Order Form and schedule the drawing of docs

v  We will act as liaison between Escrow, Notary & the borrower to coordinate the signing of loan documents

v  We will keep you, the Loan Officer, informed throughout the entire process

v  We will provide a final and complete compliance file to the Broker Of Record within 7 days of the loan

     closing
